Where can I access WayPave for employers?
WayPave for employers is available now on the web at hire.waypave.com. A companion mobile app is coming soon. WayPave is currently serving employers in Arkansas and the surrounding area, with plans to expand across the US in 2026.
When is WayPave launching in my area?
We're coming! WayPave has already launched to employers in Arkansas and the surrounding area. Current timelines project WayPave will be in all 50 states in 2026.
How will employers use WayPave?
WayPave is a web-based hiring platform available now at hire.waypave.com, with a companion mobile app coming soon. Employers sign up, complete a basic profile, and create one or more job cards for vacant positions. Employers then use WayPave's swipe-to-match interface to swipe-right on job seekers they'd like to hire. If the employer matches with a job seeker, WayPave lets the employer message and even interview right within the platform.
What industries will WayPave serve?
Initially, our focus will be on manufacturing and healthcare establishments. But our mission is to redefine frontline hiring across the board, and so we're eager to roll WayPave out to other wage-paying industries.
