WAYPAVE TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WayPave platform (“Platform”), provided by WayPave, LLC (“WayPave,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, whether as an Employer (“Employer”) or Job Seeker (“Job Seeker”, “Seeker”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1.     ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2.     PLATFORM PURPOSE

WayPave connects hourly job seekers with employers through smart-matching technology. Employers can post jobs and swipe to review candidates; job seekers can create profiles and swipe to “apply” to jobs.

WayPave is not a staffing agency or employer of Job Seekers. We do not guarantee job offers, candidate suitability, or any specific outcomes.

3.     ACCOUNTS

Both employers and job seekers must create a profile to access certain features. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
  • Maintain the security of your account and credentials.
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4.     USE OF THE PLATFORM

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to investigate and take legal action for violations. You may not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
  • Misrepresent your identity, employment status, or job openings.
  • Circumvent or interfere with Platform functionality or security.
  • Use scraping, bots, or other automated means without authorization.

5.     EMPLOYER RESPONSIBILITIES

WayPave does not screen or endorse any candidate or guarantee employment-related outcomes. Employers are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy and legality of job postings.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable employment, labor, wage, anti-discrimination, and background check laws.
  • Any hiring decisions, employment terms, or workplace conduct.

6.     JOB SEEKER RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Seekers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information in profiles and applications.
  • Ensuring content shared with Employers is truthful and relevant to the hiring process.
  • Conducting their own due diligence regarding job opportunities and employers.

WayPave does not guarantee job placement or employment outcomes.

7.     PRIVACY

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information.

8.     INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Platform (excluding user-generated content), including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to WayPave and protected by law. You may not use or reproduce any content without express permission.

9.     DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Platform is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. WayPave does not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, WayPave is not liable for:
  • Employment decisions made by Employers or Job Seekers.
  • Content provided by users.
  • Errors, omissions, or interruptions in Platform service.

10.     TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for any reason.

11.     MODIFICATIONS

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
